Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because Ca5sie AI sells digital adult content that is unlocked and made available to you immediately upon payment, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once content has been unlocked.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund or restore access in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge).
• A technical failure on our end genuinely prevented you from accessing content you paid for, and the issue could not be resolved.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, contact compliance@9lust.cc with your order ID (found in your confirmation email) within 7 days of the charge.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for content that was in fact delivered and accessible to you, we reserve the right to revoke your access and take action against fraudulent disputes, including reporting them to our payment processor.
